Like all of our products, all ingredients are local to the College Station, Texas area. Our water is Wellborn water, which is located in southern College Station. The grain is grown throughout the Brazos Valley, while the yeast was propagated from a fig tree located on west campus at Texas A&M University. To say that our bourbon is local to Texas A&M University is an understatement!
