Put a small amount of BlackBerry Syrup, recipe below, in the bottom of your glass and let set
Add 1 oz NorthGate Vodka and top with Champagne and garish with a sprig of Rosemary

Blackberry Syrup:
Put equal parts sugar, water and fresh blackberries into a sauce pan. Dissolved sugar and allow for blackberries to simmer to infuse the flavor. Add a little gelatin powder, if you wish, to help the syrup thicken so you will get the colorblocking effect
